Piper Living welcomes Narvinder Khossa as its Managing Director of Partnerships

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Narvinder Khossa as Managing Director of Piper Living. This comes during a period of significant change in the strategic vision of the Piper Group with a drive to create a stronger focus on Partnership Homes; and follows the recent promotion of Sarah Cooper to Group Chief Operating Officer.
Narvinder brings over 23 years’ combined experience across various property sectors in the UK. She joins from Gresham House’s housing division covering shared ownership, affordable built-to-rent, retirement rentals, and local authority housing.
Prior to this Narvinder held senior positions at for-profit regulated Sage Housing and not-for-profit Southern Housing Group, and, also at volumetric builder Ilke Homes. This time has been spent delivering high quality residential schemes of various tenures across the UK for both public and private sector investors.
She brings a wealth of experience in acquisition and disposal, planning, managing and delivering large housing led developments, including land assembly, contract negotiations, project monitoring, and on-site delivery with partner organisations and has forged long-term relationships with these partners both private and public.
